Loneliness

Everyone deals with it..some people more than others. Right now, to start with, I want to give you information on loneliness, what you can do to help yourself if it is persistent, songs that help me when I'm feeling down, Video links, Quotes, Poetry-Pretty much anything thats helped me or felt relatable at my time of loneliness..We'll talk about my personal struggles later!

A Song that I can relate to when I'm feeling alone: Save Me By: Shinedown (The acoustic version is good as well)

This encourages me to put myself out there, when I feel like giving up:

"I will not die an unlived life. I will not live in fear of falling or catching fire. I choose to inhabit my days, to allow my living to open me, to make me less afraid, more accessible, to loosen my heart until it becomes a wing, a torch, a promise. I choose to risk my significance; to live so that which comes to me as seed goes to the next as blossom and that which comes to me as blossom, goes on as fruit."
Dawna Markova
A poem:
Lonely on the land I walk,
Lonely cross the sea I sail,
Lonely air of beach I stroll –
This lonely life doth take its toll.

Lonely trek of woodland trail,
Lonely mist in haze o’ dawn,
Lonely spies the bird of prey
In lonely circles all astray.

Lonely be the dark of night
When sleep is but a yearning wish,
To dream of sweet companions close,
As wine would pair with diner's dish.

Lonely do these thoughts me make
That draw my blood of precious life;
Replace with stream of flowing pain
To bless my veins with coursing strife.

Lonely years are now my friends,
Lonely cries bereft of sound,
Lonely tears that cool my face
In lonely life of sullen pace.

Blue, Red(And Black)

Blue, Red(And Black)
By: Faith Horton

Red is for all our pain
Blue is for all this rain
Black is for all the time we've waisted with each other,
Just to loose another
Red is for our hearts,
With each movement,
They're breaking apart
Blue, is for the sky, Like your eyes,
When sorrow fills you can't disguise
Black is for what i wish we could be
But if it will ever happen,
I just cant see
Who will we be?
